Welcome to the PowerMe Wealth System
And Congratulations!
Dear Battler
Firstly, If you aren’t from Australia, you may wonder what the term ‘Battler’ means. A “Battler” is someone who struggles and fights and strives and works hard to get ahead in life.
A Battler may also feel like they exist at the lower end of society.
“Battler” is a term of endearment and respect; it’s both empowering and recognises the struggle of the human condition.
I believe it is an internal reflection and acknowledgement of what we all go through during our lives.
Battlers strive for something better, something more, and for that I must thank you for your purchase of the PowerMe Wealth System.
I know many today don’t care about the customer after the sale is done, but I decided in the early stages of creating this system that I would give back to society in the hope that those who achieve from the PowerMe Wealth System also give something back to society. It is one of the reasons why the PowerMe Power Up Guides were created, to enable those who are financially struggling, to better control their finances, and not have their finances control them. This is one of the first steps needed to enable people, to not just get ahead, but to thrive!
I firmly believe in the “A rising tide lifts all boats” saying. I believe that when we all use the monetary system to our advantage then everyone benefits, and not only in monetary ways.
Very few make the decision you have just made. It is one thing to learn, another to dream, but it takes guts to merge what you know, with action, to make your dreams come true!
It does sound like a movie, dreams coming true. It’s something we have been told since we were young. When some of us dreamed of being firemen, policemen, nurses, astronauts and more!
Looking back on those early dreams can often bring on feelings of loss and sadness, with a lingering question of “What if I had of done/become…..”
So what happened? Why aren’t we the things we dreamed of being?
Can we blame society? Our Parents? The school system? The neighbourhood we grew up in? Or did the dreams just fade as they shrunk and shrunk and shrunk to something more “realistic”.
Perhaps some of these were factors stopping us from getting where we wanted to go, but when it comes down to it, we were never taught HOW to get there. Sure we were taught how to read and write, add and subtract, maybe a bit of biology, physics and chemistry thrown in. As we were processed through a 300 year old industrial age system designed to spit out workers, with certain skill sets, to enter jobs that need those skill sets. The so called “jobs-for-life”.
But when were taught to budget? That’s a simple skill, but where was it in school? Surely something so important would be thought as vital? Yet, where was it?
We live in a monetary system, but most of us went through school without even being taught the basics of a system that would entangle every part of our future.
Then we look up at those we consider wealthy. We think of the wealthy as being lucky, being skilful, perhaps taking chances, possibly bending the law a little, but above all we see the rich getting ahead in life while we struggle just to live!
Yet what the rich have are skills at acquiring and holding on to wealth.
