Huh, where am I again?
We are creatures of habit, and as you know, it takes effort to change a habit.
And here is the rub, if there are no plans, no self control, no focus or awareness, then those habits are likely to stay the same, and you will likely be in a similar position tomorrow as you are in today.
It’s a hard truth, simply because that to make changes to your life you need to work for it.
There are no quick fixes here, just life changing ones!
So now to let you into another hard truth, you may have an objective set and are ready to work hard for it. Yet, the odds are still against you. Why?
Firstly you need to have focus to keep you objective in mind, and then you can kick in some awareness to help guide your actions.
Sounds simple?
Mhmmmm, yet, most people will still fail!

Lets take a step back for a moment.
When you wake, you likely go through a morning routines, head to work, have some lunch, head home, have dinner, watch some videos, play a game, do whatever you do in the evening, then go to sleep, rinse and repeat.
